卵菌と真菌のゲノム解読

Science 330(6010)に4本連続で植物病原体のゲノム解読の論文。

卵菌Phytophthora infestans2株(PIC99189, 90128)と近縁種3種(Phytophthora ipomoeae strain PIC99167, Phytophthora mirabilis strain PIC99114 and Phytophthora phaseoli strain F18)。以前報告されたゲノムは、Phytophthora infestans strain T30-4のもの。
